On behalf of The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China (BAHKC), I would like to announce that the "Phoenix Cup 2026" Hong Kong International Women's Baseball Tournament will be held on 5-8 February 2026.

The Phoenix Cup 2026 organized by The Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China (BAHKC), subvented by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau (Arts & Sport Development Fund) and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The event aims at building a stronger network with international women baseball communities. This year, we have invited teams from the Greater Bay Area and Asia to join us in competing for the championship title at Phoenix Cup 2026.

BAHKC will apply for sanction from the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) to recognize this event as an international event. WBSC will review and ensure proper protocol is followed based upon the WBSC instructions, the official sanctioning of WBSC will be given to the organizer of this event with the implications on the Baseball World Rankings. Only those games that strictly involve WBSC Member's "National Teams" can have rankings implications.
